Question 1

Do I have to be home, or can I drop off my car?

Accepted Answer

We offer both! You can drop off your vehicle at our location, or we can come directly to your driveway for mobile service (mobile service requires access to an outdoor water spigot and power outlet).

Question 2

Do you need access to water and power?

Accepted Answer

For mobile service, yes. We need access to an outdoor water spigot and power outlet. Drop-off appointments do not require you to provide either.

Question 3

How much space do you need?

Accepted Answer

About one and a half parking spaces so we can safely work around the whole vehicle. Driveways, office lots and most apartment garages work great.

Question 4

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours we ask for a $25 fee to cover the reserved slot.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Cash App and cash. Payment is collected after the detail is complete and you've inspected the work.

Question 6

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

We monitor the forecast and will reach out to reschedule at no charge if conditions would compromise the finish.

Question 7

How long do results last?

Accepted Answer

A wax lasts roughly 6–8 weeks, a sealant about 6 months, and ceramic coating up to 12 months with proper maintenance washes.
